Just in case it's not entirely clear, we are Wendy, Peter Pan and Tinkerbell. And yes, I made that Peter Pan shirt (about 5 minutes before we took this picture). I also made Meg's shoes the night before when she realized the tragic flaw in her Tink costume: mom never bought her Tinkerbell shoes to match-- an unmatched tragedy in her existence! So, I dyed her white sneakers green and glued a pom-pom on top of each and when she awoke on Halloween morn, mommy was back in good graces with the princess. Phew.
We had a really nice day beginning with a trip to Hesperia for the Fall Carnival at Grandma/pa's school, then trick-or-treating back in our neighborhood. It was fun but a little quiet compared to our neighborhood in NY (ultimate Halloween neighborhood!). I wonder how long Meg will stand for us to dress up with her. . . .
