It Truly is a Magical Place!

Saturday, June 20th we decided to go to Downtown Disney for dinner, thinking it would be an adventurous little Father's Day dinner for Brian and fun for Meg as well. We had no intention of going in. BUT. We didn't think Meg would figure out where we were or remember how cool Disneyland is given that she was only two on our last visit. Well, that was just silly of us, right? You know, I think this was my favorite Disneyland visit ever given that we hadn't even planned to really go and Meg was so amazingly delighted about every single thing. She was on constant princess patrol but just about died when she saw Mary Poppins in the parade. We stayed for fireworks, of course (which is so much better than I remember) and Meg went nuts when Tinkerbell flew over the castle. We bought summer passes so we didn't feel so bad about only spending half-day, it was a great day!!
