I Still Planted a Garden!

Remember my amazing garden last year in Briarcliff? Oh, I miss it still. We worked our tails off to get those boxes built (with Jon's help) and filled and planted in time for growing season. Only to leave it all behind this year. Sigh. Not to be stalled by a mere move cross country, I arrived in CA and enlisted the help of my dad (it's his yard after all) and anyone else who happened to be hanging around (John, Brian) and quickly whipped a little plot into shape. And LOOKIE HERE! A mere 6 weeks later we have huge squash, lots of lettuce and herbs and will soon have a million tomatoes. My squash failed in NY last year due to some nasty slugs, so I am happy to show off this year's biggie! I have this thing in my fridge and am thinking I will stuff it with something, but what?? Any ideas?
